circled the earth shine

Upside down, a new life thrust the head out
Thin silky umbilical cord still attached
Siren of delight buzzed a message of twilight
of the couple's shrunken lovey-dovey space
She did not speak up until arrival of little ones

Her mood changed with each passing moment,
Yet you never gave up on her, loved eloquent.
